HOW WE WORK

Once you have chosen your options for transfers in Costa Rica, please follow the steps below :
1. Send us an e-mail info@costaricashuttleservice.com with your request or fill in our reservation form an we will get back to you within the next 24 hours). Don't forget to mention the dates that you will be traveling and the number of people, if there are children their ages and also points and activities of interest. We will check on availability and contact you with the results.
2. If there is something you are not clear about , feel free to call our number.
3. If everything is clear and you want to proceed with reservations we will ask you to print out, fill in , and fax us a Signed Credit Card Form with a copy of the credit card front and back and the copy of your license. This form is a $50 dollar deposit guarantee and it will not be charged to your card unless you cancel the reservation. If your reservation is less than the $50, then 50% of your reservation will be needed on the form, also as deposit and again it will not be charged to your card unless you cancel the reservation
4. At this point your reservations will be done and we will confirm within 72 hours, and will also specify the deadline for payment. Costa Rica Shuttle Service require prepayment in order to guarantee all reservations; therefore, we will request payment from you at least one month before trip date. For super-high season reservations (Christmas Holidays, Easter week) we will request payment sooner, payment will be required according to the availability and proximity of the date of the shuttle.
5. Payment can be made by credit card , Wire Transfer or by check (mail). A 2.5 % discount can be made if payment is done with check. Expenses for mailing checks and wire transfers commissions are not covered by Costa Rica Shuttle Service.
